If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Above Rubies Boutique will gladly accept returns within seven (7) days of the original purchase date in the continental United States or thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for international orders. 

Please refer to our shipping/return policy for instructions on how to return merchandise. Clearance and final sale items are excluded.

Refunds are in the form of store credit only, not including shipping or handling fees. For your convenience, Above Rubies Boutique can issue a return label, via email, to attach to the outside of your return parcel. If you choose a return label, $8.95 (the standard shipping cost) will be deducted from your store credit.

Returns will not be accepted after ten (10) days and will be returned at your expense.

All return merchandise MUST be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with hang tags attached and intact. Please note that all merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, so Above Rubies Boutique reserves the right to refuse merchandise that shows sign of usage (i.e., perfume odor, deodorant marks, visible stains, etc.) and will be returned at your expense without refund.

Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the day we receive your returned package.

Above Rubies Boutique does not reimburse Customs, Duties and/or Tariffs paid on international orders.     

      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued to the email address on file within 24 hours.
