Pre-Order Policy

Above Rubies Boutique strives to keep our gems in unique, stylish, and fashion forward clothing & accessories. One of the ways in which Above Rubies Boutique does this, is through our pre orders. Pre-ordering allows you to preview, and purchase item(s) in advance before they are in stock. It assures you do not miss out on your favorite item(s) and that you get the size and color that is perfect for you! Please review the following pre-order policy to avoid any miscommunication.

When do I get charged?

You are charged immediately at checkout.

When will my order ship?

The estimated ship date (ESD) is noted in the description of the item of interest and represents the date the item(s) is/are shipped to you. There are times that item(s) may be delayed. If a delay occurs, you will be promptly notified and given the option to wait or cancel.

Once the order ships, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be promptly emailed to you.

What if I purchase pre-order and in-stock items?

Above Rubies Boutique ships pre-ordered item(s) separately at no additional cost to you. Item(s) that are in-stock will be shipped within the regular processing guidelines. Please see Above Rubies Boutique’s shipping/ return policy to review those guidelines.

What if the item(s) is/are delayed or cancelled?

Sometimes pre-ordered item(s) are delayed or cancelled for reasons that are outside of Above Rubies Boutique’s control. If that happens, we are more than happy to provide a full refund for the pre-ordered item(s), or a store credit.

In the case of a delay, you will be contacted and given the option to wait for the item(s) to arrive or cancel.

Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of payment at the time of purchase or via a store credit (your choice) within 48 hours of cancellation.
